Shipping policy

Every order ships from our studio in Bengaluru.

In India
Shipping is free and taxes are included. Orders leave Bengaluru within 3 working days, and tracking reaches you by email (most of the time!).

Everywhere else
You pay the same cover price as readers in India. Getting a well-made magazine from Bengaluru to your door costs what it costs, so shipping is added at checkout by weight. If your country charges import duty, that part is collected from you at delivery.

The Next Three
One payment, three parcels. The current issue ships right away, with your tote. The next two ship as each comes off the press. In India, all three deliveries ship free.

If your copy arrives damaged
Write to studio@lurumagazine.com with a photo and your order number. And we are terribly sorry -- sometimes damages in transit are inevitable but we will make it right!

Returns
We print in small runs, and do not do returns. If an extra copy lands with you by mistake, gift it to someone you think will like it: LURU gifts and travels very well. And if something about your order is genuinely wrong, do write to us and we will sort it out.
