Refund and Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at editor@lurumagazine.com with photographic evidence. We will review the issue and, if verified, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 Replacements cannot be provided for:

  • Issues reported after 72 hours of delivery

  • Damage occurring after delivery
